You can decide to speak the day of the event. You are able to register at the door with the Clerk and indicate you would like to speak about a matter that is on the agenda. After all presentations, at the mayor's discretion, you may raise your hand and the Mayor will call on you to address Council. You will be allowed 3 minutes to speak.
